Other features to enhance your stay include DVD/CD and VCR players, Hunter ceiling fans, TV's in each bedroom and the living room, fully furnished kitchens, cordless phones, skylights, double sinks in the master bath, and stacks of good books, CD's and VCR movies. Many units also have fireplaces. 

Guests at Desert Princess Country Club have access to the club's 27 hole championship golf courses (PGA rated), a fully stocked pro shop, driving range, 2 putting greens, and clubhouse with dining room and bar. A beverage cart also circulates throughout the grounds. The tennis clubhouse overlooks 10 tournament style tennis courts, including 8 lighted. And dozens of sparkling pools and Jacuzzi's are sprinkled throughout the resort, including one overlooking the golf course just 20 yards from your villa. The Doral Hotel, with additional restaurants and bars available for your use, is also located on the grounds of the Country Club. And 2 other golf courses, just 5 minutes away, are open to guests staying at Desert Princess.

Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is 11am. All units prohibit smoking and pets. A MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS IS REQUIRED ON MOST STAYS. A cleaning fee of $59 is customary required on stays of a week or more. Sales tax in Palm Springs is 11.5% No refunds are made for early departures. Tennis and Golf are available at additional fees. The Health Club/Gym/Clubhouse may not be available to guests at certain times of the year.

Cancellations and Refunds 
Reservations cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival will be refunded in full, minus a $49 processing fee. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded back to the tenant if the unit is re-rented, minus a $95 cancellation fee and any associated costs of re-renting the unit. All cancellations must be made in writing to Vacation Depot and acknowledged. 

Deposits 
Reservations are confirmed by a fax requiring a signature within 24 hours. Guests then have 7 days to send a deposit of 50% to confirm their reservation. A $500 security deposit is required on all stays. A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM IS REQUIRED ON MOST STAYS.
