Palm Springs Reservation

Here are the necessary documents for your stay in Palm Spring
at Mesquite Country Club.

Please do the following now:

1.Sign and Complete pages marked and circled #1 and #2.
Please fax back to 305-768-2372. We will only hold your 
reservation for 24 hours without your signature and credit card
information.

2. Review the Reservation Dates to make sure they are correct.

Please bring your ID, Credit Card, and Copy of the Reservation 
Form with you when you pick up your keys. Your credit card will be
authorized only for the $500 security deposit, and will be released 
upon check-out as long as there is no damage, nothing broken, nothing
missing.

Finally, your Keys will be at the office of Palm Springs Rentals--
225 South Civic Drive #7(92262).

From Palm Canyon take a left onto East Tahquitz Way toward the airport.
Take a Right onto Civic Drive-- about a block from the airport. They
are located across from the Police Department. Their phone number 
is 760-320-7451. If you are arriving after 5pm or on Sunday please
contact them at this number to make sure they make arrangements to
leave the keys for you. If you have any problems please give me a call
