Payment for the balance after the above 50% payment can be made in cash or travelers checks upon arrival, or by sending a check for the balance to us 2-3 weeks before your arrival date. We do NOT accept personal checks at time of check-in. *Your reservation is for this number of people only. Any more people in this unit will result in a deposit forfeiture. ** I understand that I have entered into an agreement to rent the above property for the dates specified above. “Discounted Non-Cancelable Reservations” are not cancelable. The “Regular Rate” cancellation policy is that I must notify Vacation Depot by fax (305-292-3234) at least 24 days prior to my arrival date to cancel without penalty-- other than the $49 processing fee. Cancellation after the 24 day window will result in the billing of my credit card for the difference between the amount above, minus any revenue gained by re-renting the unit, minus commission and cleaning costs. Finally, I understand that my credit card can be billed for any balances owed to VacationDepot, for any items missing, or for damage caused by me or my guests through negligence or abuse.
