(Resort Fee includes access to the Country Club’s pools, golf, tennis, and clubhouse, as well as free local phone calls, free HBO at DPCC, and a waiver of our standard cleaning fee of $60).

1. I understand that this rental property is privately owned. I agree to indemnify the owner, Vacation Deport, and their agents and assigns of any and all responsibility and liability arising during or from the occupancy of said unit being rented, including any injury related to golf or tennis.
2. I agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the Homeowners Association of the Country Club. I understand that upon any infraction of these rules by we the tenants or our guests Vacation Depot or their agents may, at their option, terminate this agreement and tenancy immediately. In that event we the tenants agree to obey such notice promptly. I understand that termination of this agreement will result in the tenant forfeiting any and all deposits and paying for the reserved stay in full.
3. Occupancy is for the number of persons ONLY listed on page #1 of this agreement. *Any more people in this unit will result in deposit forfeiture and tenancy termination, as described in #2 above. A $75 re-keying fee is charged if the keys or gate passes are not returned at check-out time. I understand that this fee will be charged to my credit card or deducted from my security deposit.
4. CANCELLATION. I understand reservations made on page #1 as "Discounted/Non-Cancelable" are, like airline discounts, not able to be modified or cancelled, with no refunds provided and payment in full due. Reservations cancelled prior to 30 days of the arrival date will be refunded in full, minus a $49 processing fee. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded back to the tenant only if the unit is re-rented, minus a $95 processing fee, and any associated costs of re-renting that unit including any commissions and cleaning fees. Cancellations must be made in writing to the address below and acknowledged by Vacation Depot.
5. SECURITY DEPOSIT. I understand that a security deposit of $500 is required on each vacation rental unit. Vacation Depot may elect to authorize this deposit on my credit card as a convenience rather than requiring it as payment up front. However I agree that this deposit can and shall be used to pay for any damage that I or my guests cause through abuse or negligence, for any phone bills, for Country Club expenses or damages incurred, or for any balance due on my rental contract. This unit will be inventoried and inspected on my departure. It is to be left in the same condition as it was upon my arrival, with the exception of a normal cleaning of linens, etc. Any missing items will be charged back to my deposit. An excessive cleaning fee at $30/hour may also be charged to my deposit if I leave the unit in disrepair. Finally, I understand that I need to call the check-in representative if I notice any damage to the unit upon check-in. Otherwise the damage will be presumed to be my responsibility.
6. CHECK-IN time is 4 PM; CHECK-OUT time is 11 AM. All units prohibit SMOKING and PETS. Violations will mean a forfeiture of your security deposit. Upon check-out please turn off the A/C or heat, lights, take out the trash, put the dishes in the dishwasher for cleaning, and lock all doors and sliders. All phones have long distance call blocks, but work with credit cards or phone cards. If circumstances beyond the control of Vacation Depot render the unit you have requested unavailable, Vacation Depot will reassign you to the best available unit at the best available price. You must be 25 years old to enter into this agreement.
7. PAYMENT. A deposit of at least 50% of the total on page #1 is due within SEVEN (7) DAYS of this date for confirmation of this reservation if payment is by check. Until that time your reservation will be held with your credit card. Final payment for the balance is due 14 Days prior to arrival. If payment is by credit card it will be authorized upon acceptance for the total and deposited no earlier than 30 days prior to your check-in date. No refunds are made for early departures. Reservations not received in the above time frame may be cancelled by Vacation Depot.
