Authorization of a Credit Card for Rental
Security Deposit

The undersigned client has authorized Vacation Depot and/or its assigns the power to charge a security deposit of $500.00 for the rental of a vacation condo at Mesquite or Desert Princess Country Clubs in the Palm Springs, CA area. This is meant as a courtesy to the client rather than Vacation Depot collecting this money up front in cash or check.

However, the undersigned client understands that this credit card charge will be used to pay for any loss or damages caused by their use or misuse of the property or that of the Country Club, or damage, misuse, or theft by any or their guests. The card may also be charged at a rate of $30 per person per night for any guests that stay in the unit that are in addition to the number agreed upon. Such a violation of trust, however, may also result in eviction. In that event, the security deposit would be forfeited in total. Any fees incurred on the golf course, club house, phone calls, etc that are not paid by the clients before they depart may also be charged back with this authorization. FAX TO: 305-768-2372
